About Us

I first started learning about bettas about the age of 10, and around 11 years of age. Obtaining my first pair of bettas at a flea market. It was nothing fancy, just a pair of veil tail bettas. I was successful of getting the pair to breed, but very unsuccessful on raising the fry. Through that first experience, I became addicted and I made it an mission to breed and raise bettas.

I have bred many pairs of bettas over the years, and many were bred in my small pantry including wild types, fighter plakats and fancy bettas. My favorite bettas are the halfmoon plakats. I think they are the most beautiful form of fancy bettas.

In 2008, I successfully opened a betta shop from home and finally opening a brick and mortar betta shop in 2011. I specialized in show bettas and "monster fish" at my shop. I have since bred many pairs of bettas. I ran my store until 2012, when I temporarily retired from the scene, and moved to Minnesota to start a new journey.

​

With my passion in breeding and keeping bettas, I continued to educate people on these beautiful fishes, and now, here once again, to offer these beautiful fishes to all betta enthusiasts.

​

We currently import show quality bettas and show guppies from Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. As my old motto used to say, "We offer nothing, but the betta quality!"
